Abdullahi Ibrahim Osanga Appointed As Nasarawa United Chairman
Abdullahi Ibrahim Osanga has emerged as the new chairman of Nasarawa United, BSNSports.com.ng can report.
Osanga who was appointed by the state governor, Abdullahi Sule assumed the Chairmanship position with immediate effect.
The Solid Miners now have a new helmsman. King Osanga who was confirmed by the Nasarawa state government to oversee the affairs of Nasarawa United Football Club with immediate effect with aim of taking the team to greater heights.
It could be recalled that the Barrister Isaac Danladi led board was dissolved last week. Prior to this dissolution, Nassarawa United became a team to be reckoned with in the NPFL with great work put in place by the astute administrator, who took Nassarawa United to the Continental Championship on two occasions under his watchful eyes as the chairman of the club.
The club has also played in the Aiteo cup final, getting to the semi-final in the last four years. Just last season, the team finished fourth position on the log of the NPFL.
