African Women V/ball C’ship: Nigeria Customs Defeat FAP of Cameroon

Nigeria’s sole representative, Nigeria Customs in the ongoing 2019 African Women’s Volleyball Club championship made a dramatic comeback to beat FAP of Cameroon 3-2 in the 5-8 position game decided at the Hall 2, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Nigeria Customs fell 2-0 to their Cameroonian counterparts in the first two sets of 8th position playoff before they came back stronger to win three straight sets to edge the Cameroonians 3-2 (25-23, 25-23, 13-25, 20-25, 13-15).

With the win, Nigeria Customs Women Volleyball Club will lock horns with El shams of Egypt in the 5th position game.

Customs had lost their quarter-final match against GSP Algeria on Friday.
