The World Boxing Federation Cruiserweight champion, Bash Alli has said that the WBO, WBA, IBF, IBO, champion Anthony Joshua will be difficult for any opponent to beat because he is very good and hardworking boxer, www.bsnsports.com.ng reports.

He however, warned that the undisputed champion that he should watch his weight as he looked heavy on Saturday during his heavyweight fight against Alexander Povetkin which he won by knock out in the seventh round.

The ageless boxer who spoke with BSN Sports through phone call believed that Anthony Joshua will face Tyson Fury in the next fight.

He predicted Tyson Fury win over Deontay Wilder on 4th December 2018.

“Anthony Joshua is a very good boxer who has age on his side. He must not take his weight for granted because in his fight on Saturday he looks heavier. He however, manage it as he moved around to mesmerise Povetkin,” he said.

“He is very good and can be a heavyweight champion for a long because it will be difficult for any opponent to defeat him.”

He shared the opinion of many Nigerians that if he had grown up in Nigeria, he wouldn’t have attained such greater height he is now.

According to him, Nigeria do not encourage talents to grow and excel.

“In Nigeria, we don’t give takents an enabling environment to excel. Anthony Joshua came to Nigeria to represent his fatherland but was frustrated that was why he went ahead to continue his career in England. When he began to reign we now claim that he is a Nigerian.”

“We have many talented athletes who is a potential world champion in Nigeria but there is no enabling environment for them to be successful.

“If Anthony Joshua were to grow up in Nigeria he would have grown to be a tout, thug, or drug pusher.
