France based striker Ifeanyi Onumonu has told Nigeria's to expect an improved Super Falcons team at the 2024 Women's African Cup of Nations, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Monteplier attacker scored the Falcons solitary goal in the team 1-2 defeat to France in an international friendly last week.

Onumonu said the only trained twice before the game and believed they will be better at the WAFCON.

We had only two training sessions and despite that, we played very well. In terms of preparation, I wish we had more because with more preparation we can get more information and we can perform better,” she told Nigerian, France based journalist OJB.
