Head Coach of Nigeria Women's U17 national team, Bankole Olowookere, said it is too early to talk about the preparations for the FIFA U17 Women's World Cup in India, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Olowookere said this during the interview session after Nigeria picked the World Cup ticket last Saturday after a 1-0 (aggregate) win over Ethiopia.

"The plan for the World Cup remains with the NFF. It is too early for me to talk about the preparation but it is not too early at the same time because what we have done now is one of the ways to prepare."

"We have seen the errors, we have seen where we have not done very well and we will work on it. So, we need to sit down and fix it." Bankole concluded.

Meanwhile, the 2022 FIFA U17 Women's World Cup will be held in India from October 11 to 30, 2022. Three African countries, Nigeria, Morocco and Tanzania will represent Africa at the FIFA U17 Women's World Cup
