Niger Tornadoes have conducted Electrocardiogram (ECG) tests on their players as part of preparations for the 2026/2027 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season, BSNSports.com.ng reports. ‎ ‎

The medical exercise forms part of the league’s registration requirements and is aimed at assessing the cardiac health of the players. ‎ ‎

The ECG tests are also designed to ensure that members of the squad are medically fit and cleared to participate in the upcoming NPFL campaign. ‎ ‎

Niger Tornadoes will continue their preparations ahead of the new season, with the club focused on meeting all registration and medical requirements before the start of the campaign. ‎ ‎
