"Next Few Weeks Will Determine The Death or Rejuvenation of Nigeria Football" - Minister of Sports

The Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare has stated that the decisions of Nigeria football stakeholders and adminstrators in the next few weeks will make or mar the game of football in Nigeria, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Dare made this known in his office at the Moshood Abiola Stadium Abuja on Monday when the NPFL Club Owners paid him a courtesy visit.

He reiterated the need of stakeholders to put all hands on deck and make football great again.

He said, "Millions of Nigerians are watching, the decision we make and what we do. The next few weeks will determine either the death or rebirth or rejuvenation of Nigeria football. I believe everyone here and those that are not here; football administartors and others will help this game to survive. But we will do what is necessary and for the sake of football let all of us do what needed to be done to make Nigeria football great again"

The Nigeria Football Federation election is scheduled to hold on 30th September 2022 where new board will take over from Amaju Pinnick led board.
