Former Falconets assistant coach, Mansur Abdullahi has highlighted what Flying Eagles coach needs to do to win the FIFA U20 World Cup for the first time for Nigeria, BSN Sports.com.ng reports.

Mansur in an exclusive interview with BSN Sports stated that the team need to resume camping on time and urged Bosso to as a matter of urgency work on the attack positions of the team.

He also suggested that the Nigeria Football Federation should sponsor the team on foreign tours for international friendly games for exposure, confidence and team cohesion.

"Yes, Ladan Bosso can lead the Flying Eagles to win the world Cup for the first time in Nigeria history but he must have certain things in place. He told BSN Sports.

Aboki coach as he is fondly called by his admirers added; "Bosso must replace some players he thinks are not good enough with better ones, resume camp early and have training tour in Europe to build the players confidence and cohesion.

"The players at the just concluded CAF U20 African Nations Cup did well to come Third and win some individual awards. However, he needs to work on grey areas the team is lacking particularly the attack, our striker struggled at the AFCON and that's a big problem because without scoring goals, a team can not win tournament.

Nigeria defeated Tunisia 4-0 in the Third place to win bronze medal while Senegal beat Gambia in the final to become the champions of the tournament.

The four above listed countries will fly the African flags at the FIFA U20 World Cup in Indonesia.

The WAFU B champions were received in Nigeria on Monday by the Minister of Sports at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja.
