Enyimba International on Sunday thrashed Paradou of Algeria 4-1 in a CAF Confederation Cup group stage at the Enyimba Stadium with the interim coach, Fatai Osho at the sideline.

On January 6, 2020 Enyimba football club of Aba parted ways with their former coach Usman Abd'Allah, after a spanking 4-0 defeat of Plateau United at jos, and former Remo Stars technical adviser Osho Fatai was appointed as interim coach. Mixed reactions followed his appointment from different section of the media where some supported and believed he'll do better while some were totally against his appointment.

On a sports radio show which was been listened to by a fan and ardent listener of the programme, the listener claimed to have said a sports analyst said "He doesn't feel Osho Fatai can get the job done, that he only knows how to Snap pictures and upload on social media" The listener who was disappointed in such derogatory statement by a sports analyst went to her Facebook status to state her displeasures.

On Sunday the 12th of January 2020 Enyimba played host to Paradou AC of Algeria in a CAF confederation cup game which was Osho Fatai first game in charge as the caretaker coach, but luckily for him the game ended in a 4-1 win in favour of the people's elephant with Stanley Dimgba scoring an hat-trick has he became the first Nigeria player to score an hat-trick in a CAF competition while Victor Mbaoma netted his eight goal of the season.

Osho Fatai who seems to be basking in the euphoria of the 4-1 whitewash to the Algerian team in his debut game in charge as an interim coach took to his official Facebook page to throw shade at his doubters.

The 4-1 win took Enyimba to second in group D table, going into the final two matches of the current stage, Enyimba will host Heartland FC of Owerri in the NPFL match day 15 on Wednesday.
