12th African Games: Adekuroye clinches Gold in Wrestling

Team Nigeria in Wrestling has joined the list of sports has gave a Gold medal to the country at the ongoing 12th African Games in Rabat Morocco.

BSN can report that Odunayo Adekuroye faced Egyptian number one Emmam Ibrahim in the 57kg class final and people in the arena is expecting the fight to be explosive.

But World number 3, Adekunroye effortlessly dispatched the Egyptian 10 -0 to the admiration of the crowd.

Winning the gold medal in the events is not new to wrestler as she has continue to dominate the class in Africa and beyond.

Meanwhile, Nigeria Mercy Genesis also emerged winner in the 50kg class final beating Tunisia Sara Hamdi 10 - 0 via technical superiority.
