19th NSF: Football, 10 Other Games Kick Off Today By Admin After a colourful opening ceremony of the 2018 National Sports Festival on Thursday at the national stadium, Abuja, hostilities among competing athletes resume today as they will be vying for medals for their respective states. Eleven games will go down today at different venues. The game of football will kick off today at the FIFA Goal Project Package B while Basketball holds at the Outdoor Court Package B national stadium. Boxing will be held at the Gymnasium Hall and Aguiyi Ironsi cantonment simultaneously, Cycling will also hold at Jabi Round-about. Kug Fu and Taekwondo will hold at the Velodrome Package A, while Para-tabble tennis and tennis will go down at the Indoor Sports Hall Package B national stadium. Scrabble holds at the VIP Lounge Package A national stadium. Judo will be held at the Mambilla barracks Abuja. Powerlifting will hold at the Gymnasium Hall Package B national stadium. All games are scheduled for 10:am, however, there may be change in the time of the events.
