Twelve states missed the opening ceremony at the national stadium Abuja on Thursday which kicked off 6:00 pm, however, four of the twelve states have arrived the nation's capital. The arrival of the four states makes the total number of the states in Abuja to twenty five as the time of filing this report. The 2019 National Sports Festival resurrect after six years of absence. It was last hosted in Lagos in 2012.
