2018 African Gymnastics Championship: Nigeria Wins 9 Gold and 2 Silver Medals

By Admin Team TIG of Nigeria over the weekend,finished on a high at the Africa Gymnastic Level system in Pretoria, South Africa, winning 9 gold and 2 silver medals. Speaking with www.bsnsports.com.ng on Sunday from South Africa, head coach of TIG, Anthony Asoquo thanked Nigerians, the Minister of Sports Solomon Dalung for his support in ensuring the growth of gymnastic in Nigeria. "I thank God and Nigerians who stood by us especially parents of these Gymnast.More importantly the Minister of sports Solomon Dalung for his drive in ensuring the growth of Gymnastic in Nigeria".Asoquo stated. Those who won Gold medals at the Centurion Guanteng on Saturday venue of the competition includes:Amal Salisu,Adila Salisu,Tamilore Galaticos Dorcas, Deval Liye Imoke and Voder Liye Imoke. Other gold medalist are:Gerder Liyel Imoke,Tomisin Babatunde and Emeka Ekezie. The two silver medalist are Amal Salisu and Adila Salisu. The Africa Gymnastic Level System is an annual inter club Gymnastic competition hosted by university of Pretoria,South Africa.
