Ineligible Athletes in the 4th National Youth Games Are 400....Director of Grassroots Sports Development By Niyi Busari The Director of Grassroots Sports Development, Dr. Demola Are has unequivocally revealed to www.bsnsports.com.ng that four hundred (400) athletes were disqualified from participating in the 2018 National Youth Games. He admitted that over five hundred athletes were disqualified during the screening exercise but some of them were readmitted by the Local Organising Committee after screening when they presented documents to corroborate the athletes age claims. "Over 500 athletes were disqualified from participating in this year's national youth games but some of them were readmitted by the Local Organising Committee when they were able to prove with necessary documents the age claims of the athletes." "So, four hundred athletes were disqualified from participating in the 4th national youth games." He concluded.
