The Nigerian representatives who are still basking in the euphoria of their 4-0 defeat of the Libyans in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State are expected to fly out of the country by 8 am via a charted flight from Uyo while the math will kick off by 7pm. Meanwhile, Super Eagles Chief Coach, Gernot Rohr said the players will have to be mentally stronger if they were to achieve the double over Libya in the reverse fixture. Rohr who spoke after his team’s resounding victory said the team must not be carried away because of the victory insisting that in football, it is never over until it is over. “It’s not finished yet. We have to be stronger to win again, “Libya were not defensive and they could also have scored. They played well, they were fighting.” Nigeria moved to the second position in Group E on six points from three matches, but the equation could change should the North Africans avenge their defeat as they will regain the second position. Only the top two teams in the group will qualify for next year’s AFCON.
