2020 Olympics: Eke Crash Out Of Gymanstic Events By Sampson Adedeji Team Nigeria continued its slow start to 2020 Olympic games in Tokyo in day one as its representative in Gymnastic Uche Eke crashed out, BSNSports.com.ng can reports. Uche a graduate of University of Michigan in the United States whose father is a Nigerian earlier represented his fatherland in May 2021 at the African Championships in Cairo, Egypt. He competed in the men’s all round artistic gymnastics event and he was placed in 36th position with a score of 74.765 which was not enough for a place in the last eight. He was the only Nigeria representative in the gymnastic events. Earlier in the day the duo of Funke Oshunnaike and Esther Toko crashed out of their respective events.
