2020 Tokyo Olympics: Oborodudu Wins Silver, As Oduduru Crash Out Of 200 Meters By Sampson Adedeji It was a mixed feelings in the camp of Team Nigeria on Tuesday, as they secured one more medal and lost in the men's 200 meters semi final, BSNSports.com.ng can reports. Africa champion Blessing Oborodudu did her best in the final match of 68kg against America's Tamyra Stock-Mensah but her best was not enough. The energetic wrestler zoom into the medal zone on Monday and thrown the camp of Team Nigeria into joyous mood. World champion Stock-Mensah proved too much for the Nigerian by beating her 4-1 in the keenly contested final. Despite the defeat Oborodudu still did enough to secure Silver medal for the country first ever medal in wrestling at the Olympics. Meanwhile, Nigeria representative in the men's 200 meters semi final Divine Oduduru failed to make to the final despite finishing third in the semi final. America's Erriyon Knighton won the race in 20.02, Rasheed Dwyer finished second in 20.13 while Oduduru was placed third with 20.16.
