  2021 AFCON Qualifier: Nigeria Opponent Suffers Defeat By Sampson Adedeji Ahead of the 2021 African Cup Of Nations qualifiers slated for November 2020, team across Africa engaged in an international friendly match in order to put their team in proper shape, BSNSports.com.ng reports. Nigeria's Super Eagles next opponent Leone Stars of Sierra Leone wer also in action but they suffered a 2-1 defeat to Mauritania in friendly match. Niass opened the scoring for Mauritania in the 20th minute but Crespo brought Leone star back into the game with a decent finish in the 30th minute. Tanjy netted the winning goal for Mauritania with 12 minutes remaining to end the game. Sierra Leone will take on Nigeria in a double header match with first leg in Nigeria and return match scheduled for Freetown.
