Barely 24 hours to 2021 African Cup Of Nations qualifier against Squirrel of Benin Republic, president of Nigeria Football Federation ( NFF) Amaju Pinnick has confirmed that they will not underestimate the host, BSNSports.com.ng reports.
Nigeria will be the guest of Benin in Port Novo on Saturday afternoon with the sole aim of securing a favourable result.
Squirrel through their French coach Michel Dussuyer are already talking tough ahead of the cracker.
Pinnick further said they've played their role as the federation by giving the entire team an enabling environment.
" Benin is a very good side, we are not underestimating them, we will go there and do the needful.
On the part of the federation, we are doing our part that is to make sure we give them enabling environment, in terms of funding, preparations and quality accommodation.
We don't have to leave any stone unturned," he told ElegbeteTV.
Super Eagles top the group with 8 points and closely follow by Benin Republic on 7 points.
