2021 Afrobasket: D'Tigers Camp Opens In The United States Sampson Adedeji In preparations for the forthcoming 2021 Afrobasket championship, the camp of Nigeria's D'Tigers has been opened in the United States, BSNsports.com.ng can report Since their ouster from the just-concluded Tokyo Olympics in Japan the team has been on rest but getting ready for the Afrobasket competition. D'Tigers have a tournament to forget in Tokyo as they could not go beyond the first round after losing all the three group games to Australia, Germany, and Italy Ahead of the Afrobasket slated for Kigali, Rwanda the team training has been opened in Oakland city in the United States with players gradually resuming for camp. Though the list of invited players is yet to be released for a particular reason best known to the federation. Nigeria will face Mali, Kenya, and Cote d'Ivoire in Rwanda when the competition commences next week.
