2022 AWCON: Bayana Bayana To Get Huge Cash Reward If They Dethrone Super Falcons

To give the team enough motivation ahead of the 2022 African Women Cup of Nations in Morocco, President of the South African Football Association( SAFA) Danny Jordan has announced a huge cash reward for Bayana Bayana, BSNsports.com.ng understands.

Bayana Bayana is still searching for its first title in the women's competition, they finished as the first runners-up to Super Falcons of Nigeria in the last edition.

The team under Desiree Ellis continued their preparations for the biennial tournament and their final list was released on Monday.

Jordan on Tuesday announced a huge R9.2 million ( $577.446.93) for the team if they emerge the winner of the competition.

Bayana Bayana will contend with the defending champions Nigeria, debutants Botswana and Burundi in Group C.
