2022 Captain's Cup Tees Off In Style Next Week

  Activities for the commencement of the 2022 IBB International Golf and Country Club, Abuja Captain"s Cup Competition is in top gear as the organising committee led by the former Attorney-General of the federation and Minister of Justice, Bayo Ojo has line-up different programmes to celebrate the week long event.

 These includes the registration of over one thousand Professional and Amateur Golfers from both within and outside Nigeria, Veterans as well as organising open tennis competition for the tennis section of the Club.

 The tournament which is billed to tee off as from next week Monday will for the first time in the history of the competition present a car as the winner's take home prize.

 Captain of the Club, Distinguished Senator, Emmanuel Anosike said the tournament is very important as it will serve as Captain's tenure end tournament. 

 " We are going to play a very wide professional tournament and by the grace of God, the winner of the tournament will go home with a car". 

 Senator Anosike said all the Captains of major Golf Clubs in Nigeria, Lady's Captains and members of their respective Clubs are also going to be part of thie event.

He said this tournament will showcase the level of golfing in the IBB International Golf and Country Club, Abuja, promising that they will use every available social angle during the tournament. 

 The Club Captain however appreciated all the partners for supporting the tournament, optimistic that the event will live up to its expectation.
