Nigeria's Super Eagles defender Godfrey Oboabona has exhumed confidence in the ability of the team to secure passage to the Qatar 2022 World Cup.

The three time African Champions, was on tuesday at the CAF Headquarter in Cairo, Egypt drawn in group C of the qualifier alongside Liberia, Central African Republic and Cape Verde, BSN Reports.

Former Sunshine Stars of Akure defender, was part of Nigeria team to 2014 World Cup in Brazil under the Late coach Stephen Keshi but has been out of the team due to injury and loss of form.

He reacted to the draw on tuesday and believed they can make it.

A very decent draw for Super Eagles ,although there are no easy games at the moment, I believe we’ll qualify. No tension!,”Oboabona said.
