2023 AFCON: "Super Eagles Can Win The Trophy" - Olisa Ndah

Super Eagles and Orlando Pirates Olisa Ndah have said the Nigerian side can lift the trophy in Ivory Coast, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The defending champions Senegal and Morocco are considered a top contenders by the bookmakers but Ndah believed that the Super Eagles could cause a surprise.

“I think we can win this Afcon. I think a lot of people are not looking at us as the favourites to win it and that can work in our favour because we don't have any pressure.

“Senegal and Morocco are the favourites, according to many people but as the Super Eagles I think we are more than capable of surprising them by winning it", he told Sowetan Live.

The Orlando Pirates star was part of the Super Eagles team in the last edition of the African Cup of Nations in Cameroon.
