2023 AFCON: Musa Is More Than A Player - Peseiro

Super Eagles manager Jose Peseiro has acknowledged the key role being played by skipper Ahmed Musa, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Musa is one of the players that is yet to play a single minute in the 2023 African Cup of Nations but his contribution has been very obvious.

During the press conference on Saturday, the Portuguese gaffer stated that Musa's role is more than a player.

"Ahmed Musa is more than a player. He is my adviser and I learn a lot from his advice", Peseiro said.

Musa is expected to start the final game against Ivory Coast on the bench on Sunday.
