2023 AFCON: Nigeria Should Capitalize On Cameroon's Defensive Problem - Rohr

Former Nigeria's Super Eagles boss Gernot Rohr has urged the Nigerian players to capitalize on the defensive problem of the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Super Eagles will clash with the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in the round of the African Cup of Nations at the Felix Boigny Stadium on Saturday.

While speaking to the former BBC reporter Osasuo Obayiuwana, the coach of the Cheetah of Benin Republic reiterated confidence in the ability of the Nigeria team.

" They ( Nigeria) have the best player in Africa in their team, I'm sure they will qualify, though it will be difficult because Cameroon is becoming strong again with the last-minute victory against Gambia.

They (Cameroon) have defensive problems and goalkeeping issues, Nugeria should capitalize on it.

I believe they can do it", he said.
