Former Nigeria's Super Eagles coach Sunday Oliseh has heaped praise on goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali for his heroic performance against South Africa, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Chippa United goalkeeper was the hero on Wednesday in the semi-final clash against the Bafana Bafana.

He was able to save two penalty kicks and also made 3 crucial saves in the course of the game.

" Nwabali! Nwabali !! Nwabali !!! After Osimhen's 5-star performance, another hero is born! What composure, belief in God and a reassuring Smile by our Naija goalkeeper to send us to the AFCON Final", he said.

The performance earned the former Lobi Stars goalkeeper Man of the Match.
