2023 AFCON: Sadio Mane Tips Super Eagles For The Trophy

Senegalese forward Sadio Mane has listed Nigeria's Super Eagles among the countries that may lift the upcoming 2023 African Cup of Nations trophy in Cote D'Ivoire, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Bayern Munich attacker led the Teranga Lions to their first title in AFCON in 2021 beating Egypt in the final via penalty shootout.

He said the competition is full of surprises and mentioned the countries that will challenge for the title.

"The AFCON is full of surprises, but we know the usual best nations Cote D'Ivoire, Nigeria, Egypt, Morocco, Ghana, Algeria, and Cameroon.

The job we have is to defend our title and it is not something easy on this continent", he said.
