2023 AFCON: Super Eagles Must Take Angola Seriously - Peseiro

After leading Nigeria to a victory over Cameroon, the head coach of Super Eagles Jose Peseiro has said they must take the next game seriously, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Super Eagles defeated the Indomitable Lions 2-0 with both goals from the Atalanta winger Ademola Lookman.

The Portuguese gaffer admitted that Angola is a good side and they have to approach the game with all seriousness.

“We will now focus on our next match against Angola, which is having an excellent tournament.

“We must take this opponent seriously, so we will continue to sleep early and eat pasta. 

Jokes aside, all the teams at this stage are capable of winning the tournament", he said.
