2023 AFCON: Zambia's Chipolopolo Gets Massive Cash For Qualifying

The players of Chipolopolo of Zambia were handsomely rewarded for their qualification for the 2023 African Cup of Nations in Coted' Ivoire, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The 2012 champions against all odds last weekend walloped Ivory Coast 3-0 in Ndola to book their place in the biennial competition for the first time since 2015.

For their qualification, each player of the team got $10, 000 additional to their match bonus.

Since winning the tournament in 2021 in Equatorial Guinea, Zambia has found it extremely round in the competition crashing out at the group stage of 2013 and 2015.
