2023 AFCON Draw: Former Ivorian Star Tips Nigeria To Qualify

Former Ivorian attacker, Salomon Kalou, has tipped Nigeria's Super Eagles to come out top of group A, BSNsports.com.ng understand 

The draw was held on Tuesday and former Chelsea forward was in the studio to help out during the draw.

The three-time African champions were drawn in group A alongside Sierra Leone, Guinea Bissau and the Republic of Sao Tome and Principle.

Kalou made it clear that the Super Eagles of Nigeria will qualify and the second spot is open to the rest of the 3 teams in the group.

" I think it's a good group for the Super Eagles and I think Nigeria is a team that will always qualify.

"They will be the favourites of the group while the second spot is open for the other 3 teams," he said.

Ivory Coast will host the next edition of the tournament in the summer of 2023.
