2023 AFCON Qualifier: Djurtus Arrive Bissau, Ready For Super Eagles

After securing a valuable away win on Friday against Nigeria, the Djurtus of Guinea Bissau have arrived their country, BSNSports.com.ng report.

The Guineans secured a surprise 1-0 away win at the MKO Abiola Stadium with Mama Balde scoring the only goal of the game in the 30th minute.

The team departed Nigeria immediately after the game and arrived in Bissau at midday on Saturday.

They are expected to resume training on Saturday ahead of Matchday 4 slated for Tuesday.

The football federation of Guinea Bissau earlier picked Morocco as their adopted venue after their stadium got approval.

The African football ruling body revisited the country in January and approve the stadium in Bissau for the game.
