2023 AFCON Qualifier: Osimhen Happy To Score 4 Goals For Nigeria, Congratulates Lookman, Moffi, Dennis

Napoli of Italy striker has expressed his happiness after scoring four goals for Nigeria's Super Eagles in a single game, BSNsports.com.ng reports.

Osimhen was responsible for four goals as Super Eagles walloped Sao Tome and Principe 0-10 on Matchday 2 of the 2023 African Cup of Nations played in Agadir, Morocco.

During the post-match conference Osimhen was elated with his feat and further congratulated the trio of Ademola Lookman, Terem Moffi and Emmanuel Dennis who were on the goals scorer's sheet and scoring for the team for the first time.

"First of all, I say congratulations to the whole team and of course big kudos to the coach for the instructions he has given us.

"We carried out 80-90 per cent of them and I'm happy to get four goals and for my teammates that got their first goal as well, the likes of Lookman, Moffi and Dennis.

"There is big solidarity in the team which is one of the things the coach has taught us and as a group, we have the quality to build on this win.

"I want to keep on getting the goals and win for the team and I believe that as each game comes by, we want to get the 3 points and we don't lose any game in this qualifying matches," he said.
