To have good games and television-friendly qualifiers, the inspection teams of the African Soccer governing body have concluded arrangements to begin inspections of the proposed match venue, BSNsports.com.ng can report.

The football body earlier in the week draw 48 qualified teams into 12 groups of 4 teams to begin the final rounds of the 2023 African Cup of Nations.

And the countries have been informed to present the venue in which their games will take place for inspection.

According to the report emanating from the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, the inspection team is ready to get into action and begin the inspection of the match venues.

Any country that failed to meet its required standard will have to play their home games away from home.

Some countries, including Liberia and the Central African Republic, played their Qatar 2022 World cup qualifier away from home after their stadium failed to the FIFA standard.

Out of the 48 teams in the qualifiers, 24 including the host Ivory Coast will take part in the tournament scheduled to take place in the summer of 2023.
