2023 AFCON Qualifiers: Super Eagles Will Continue To Work Hard And Get Better - Aribo

Following Nigeira's hard-earned win against Sierra Leone, Super Eagles midfielder Joe Aribo have said the team will continue to work hard to be a better team , BSNsports.com.ng understands.
Super Eagles on Thursday played its opening Group A match in the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against the Leone Star at the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
The Sierra Leoneans scored first but Super Eagles rallied back to secure a 2-1 win.
During a post-match conference, Aribo said it's important they win their first match in the qualifiers and further said the team is gradually adjusting to the philosophy of the new coach Jose Paseiro.
"It's important to win our first game of the qualifiers. We can play better, we will continue to improve and we will get better.
"We are working with the new manager and following his philosophy," he said.
