The head coach of the Elephants of Ivory Coast Jean Louis Gasset has exposed the weakest link of his team ahead of the 2023 African Cup of Nations, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Ivorian was held to a 1-1 draw in an international friendly game against the Atlas Lions Morocco.

The French manager said the team is getting better but the defence remained the biggest worry for him despite the introduction of new players.

" We played a second half against Mali.

 At the moment, I feel like my team is gaining momentum. 

But, the defence worries us. It was worrisome when I arrived, okay.
