2023 CAF Awards Holds Nov. 11 In Morocco

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has concluded plans to hold a successful 2023 Gala Award in Marrakech, Morocco on Monday, 11th November, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

Following release of this year's nominees for the different categories of the award last week, two Nigerian players were shortlisted. Napoli striker, Victor Osimhen and Gent forward, Gift Orban are contenders for the Men's Footballer of The Year and Young Player of The Years awards.

Former Liverpool and Senegal forward, Sadio Mane won the Men’s Footballer of the Year award last year, while Super Falcons and Barcelona striker, Asisat Oshoala won the Women’s award. 

Victor Osimhen has been tipped as favourite to win this year's Men’s award this year, while Oshoala is expected to retain her award.
