2023 CHAN Qualifier: Ojo Excited Over Invitation, Targets Victory Against Ghana

Nigeria's Super Eagles B goalkeeper Ojo Olorunleke has set his eyes on outright victory against the Black Galaxies of Ghana, BSNsports.com.ng reports.

Nigeria will tackle Ghana in the final round of the 2023 CHAN qualifier for a place in the competition in Algeria.

The Enyimba international goalkeeper was among the players invited to the game and the elated goaltender was excited about his invitation.

"I feel good and I thank God for the privilege and also for the handlers at least considering me for the invitation here because in the league we are more than 30 goalkeepers but for me to be among the selected one is a great achievement for me.

"We knew they ( Ghana) are tough but in a game of football, until the end of the final whistle you can't say this is how the result will be but as you can see we've been doing our best, training so hard and we know that definitely, we have something at stake which is a must-win for us.

"They have cost us so much damage, we are not going there for revenge but we are going to play and win," he said.
