With barely five days to the start of the 4th window 2023 FIBA World Cup qualifier, Nigeria's opponent Ivory Coast who also doubled as the host have sent a strong warning to their group opponent, BSNsports.com.ng understand.
The Ivorians have started their readiness for the qualifier last week as the invited players have resumed closed camping ahead the tournament.
The team on Sunday played their second warm-up game in 4 days and secured a comprehensive victory over DR Congo.
They narrowly defeated Tunisia 82-78 on Friday before thrashing DRC in the second match.
Ivory Coast will open their campaign in the qualifier on Saturday against the highly rated D'Tigers before confronting Uganda and Cape Verde later in the group.
