The 2023 African Nations Cup organiser, CAF has erroneously recorded Nigeria's lone goal against Zambia in their group B opener for Usman Owoyemi instead of Favour Daniel, the scorer of the goal, reports BSNSports com.ng

Favour Daniel put the five times world champions ahead in the second half to hand the 1985 FIFA world cup winners a deserved win. However, an update on the official twitter handle for the competition by the organiser said otherwise.
