2023 Women's World Cup: "We're A Tough Team To Beat" - Canada Coach Tells Super Falcons

A few days before the start of the 2023 Women's World Cup, Canada's coach Brev Priestman has once informed Nigeria's Super Falcons what to expect when both teams meet, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Olympic champions are housed in the same group as the 9-time African champions Super Falcons.

Both sides will face off in the opening group game and the manager has told the Nigerians that it will not be a tea party.

Canada on Friday afternoon held European champion England to a goalless draw in the final warm-up game organised for the team.

"I think we definitely took a step forward today. We were a tough team to beat. To keep a clean sheet against England, you've got to be happy with that", she emphasised.
