2023 Women's World Cup: How We Plan To Stop Nigeria - England Coach

Ahead of the round 16 clash in Brisbane on Monday, England coach Sarina Weigman has revealed what they will do to stop Nigeria from progressing into the next round, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

England will confront the Super Falcons in the second round of the ongoing FIFA Women's World Cup in Australia.

Nigeria's victory against the host Australia drew attention across the world of football and England's manager admitted that Falcons are a good side.

"I think Nigeria have done really well in this tournament.

 "They were in a hard group and we all saw that they did very well in that group.

“They’re a very athletic team, quick and transitional but they also want to play. 

"We are aware of their strengths but we will try to exploit their weaknesses", she said.
