2023 Women's World Cup: I Focus On My Job - Oshoala

Nigeria's Super Falcons forward Asisat Oshoala has said her focus is always on the job anytime she's on the field, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

FC Barcelona Feminine made the statement while speaking to BBC Sport Africa after the game against Canada.

Oshoala made it clear that she doesn't get nervous about the crowd but focuses mainly on her football.

"When I step my foot on the pitch, I don’t really think about the crowd any longer. Some people say they get nervous when the crowd is too much, but for me, it is different.

“I’m just out there to do my job, I’m about my business", she said.

Oshoala is expected to be in action again when Nigeria face Australia in the second game on Thursday.
