2024 All African Games: Bosso Commence Flying Eagles Training Session With 18 Players

Head Coach of Nigeria Flying Eagles, Ladan Bosso opened their training session on Saturday morning with just 18 players, BSNSports.com.ng can report.

The training which was held at the Training Pitch 1 of the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja for one hour between 11:30 am to 12:30 pm saw the players having light training ahead of competition in March.

Bosso had on Thursday invited 30 players, the list which will be treeamed down to 23 before they embark on the journey to Ghana to face their group opponents.

The eight teams that will compete for gold at the competition are host Ghana, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Morocco, Nigeria, Senegal, Tanzania and Uganda.

The African Games Accra 2023 will take place from 8-24 March 2024 in the Ghanaian capital, Accra.

Burkina Faso and Nigeria claimed gold in the men’s and women’s event respectively at the last edition of the continental multisport event held in 2019 in Rabat, Morocco.

Flying Eagles will kick off their campaign at the championship with Uganda on 8th March, 2024 at 9pm.
