2025 AFCON: CAF Set To Cancel Visit To Nigeria, Others

As 5 intending countries await the inspection team of the Confederation of African Football( CAF) for the upcoming announcement of the host country for the 2025 African Cup of Nations, the football body seems to have changed its mind, BSNSports.com.ng has gathered.

African soccer governing body during FIFA 73rd congress in Kigali, Rwanda announced that their inspection team will be visiting Morocco, Algeria, Zambia, Nigeria and the Benin Republic.

Late March and early April have been fixed for the visitation of these countries.

According to the update coming from the CAF headquarters in Cairo, Egypt, the inspection seems to have been cancelled but the reason for the cancellation is yet to be ascertained.
