2025 AFCON Qualifier: Benin FA President Dangles €100,000 Carrot On Cheetahs To Beat Rwanda Again

The President of the Benin Football Association, Mathurin de Chacus, has promised the Cheetahs huge cash rewards if they defeat Rwanda again, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Beninoise, under coach Gernot Rohr, secured a 3-0 victory over the Amavubi on Friday and boosted their chance of reaching the competition.

De Chacus on Monday announced a cash reward of €100,000 if they beat the Rwanda side on Tuesday.

The Cheetahs are currently placed second in the group behind the Super Eagles of Nigeria with 6 points.

The Beninoise would want to return to the competition after missing the last two editions.
