2025 AFCON Qualifier: Ndidi Declares War On Benin Republic In Uyo

Super Eagles midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, has declared the team readiness for the upcoming 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Benin Republic, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

The Nigerian side will host the Cheetahs of Benin in the opening leg of the qualifier in Uyo.

The Beninoise defeated Super Eagles in the 2026 World Cup qualifier in Ivory Coast a few months ago.

But the Leicester City midfielder confirmed they are ready to take a revenge.

"We know we haven't done as well as we wanted in the World Cup qualifiers but we're ready to make things right in Uyo.

"They ( Benin) has their win in Abidjan but we'll see what happens in Uyo.

"Don't worry we're prepared", he said.
