2025 AFCON Qualifier: The Expectations On Super Eagles Are High - Eguavoen

The interim coach of the Super Eagles, Austin Eguavoen, has stated that the expectations on them are very high ahead of the clash against Rwanda, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Super Eagles will confront the Amavubi of Rwanda in the second game of the 2025 African Cup of Nations qualifier in Kigali. The Nigeria Football Federation technical director said they have enough qualities in the squad to face whatever Rwanda came up with during the game. "We have quality players who can play in different formations and systems; whatever Rwanda comes up with tomorrow, we have the personnel to deal with it. " Our country is full of expectations, no who we play, they just want us to win", he said during a press conference. The game is slated for Amahoro Stadium in Kigali.
