2025 Afrobasket: NBBF To Unveil Squad List As Camp Opens Next Week

Ahead of the 2025 Afrobasket Championship, the Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF) is set to release the list of invited players before the end of this week, BSNSports.com.ng reports.

Nigeria, having already secured qualification for the tournament, is expected to name a squad largely dominated by foreign-based players, according to updates from the team’s camp.

Meanwhile, preparations for the competition are scheduled to kick off next week.

The championship will take place in Angola from August 12 to 24, with Nigeria drawn in Group B alongside Tunisia, Madagascar, and Cameroon.
