2026 FIFA WCQ: Super Eagles Camp Date Announced

The Nigeria senior national team has only picked two points from two games in the current qualifiers.

The Finidi George-led team will be without Victor Osimhen and some other key players.

The Super Eagles are set to resume camp in Uyo next Monday, 3rd June 2024, in preparation for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifying fixtures against South Africa and Benin Republic, BSNSports.com.ng reports. 

All 23 invited players, along with the coaching staff, are expected to arrive on the same day to begin their training seasons under the leadership of Coach Finidi George.

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will host South Africa in Uyo on Friday 7th June 2024.

Following this, they will travel to Abidjan to face Benin Republic Squirrels three days later.

Standing third in Group C with the draws against Lesotho and Zimbabwe, Finidi will be aiming to secure Nigeria's First win in the qualifiers.
